Returns & Exchanges

John Elliott accepts returns and exchanges on full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package the Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and packaging are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
